Terms and Condition

1. Contractual Relationship

​These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the access or use by you of the applications, website, content, products, and services made available by Doully.io. Please read them carefully. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

​2. The Marketplace Service

​Doully.io is a specialized marketplace platform. We do not provide AI or automation services ourselves. We provide a digital environment where:

  • ​Freelancers (Experts) can showcase and sell their services (Gigs).
  • ​Clients can discover and purchase these services.
  • ​Doully acts as an intermediary, facilitating communication, hosting, and secure payment processing.

​3. User Accounts & Verification

  • ​Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • ​Accuracy: Users must provide truthful and updated information.
  • ​Verified Status: Doully reserves the right to request identity verification (ID/Passport) before granting a “Verified Expert” badge.
  • ​Account Security: You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs on your account.

​4. Financial Terms & Payments

  • ​Escrow System: To protect both parties, Doully uses an “Escrow-like” system. When a Client buys a service, the money is held by Doully. The funds are only released to the Freelancer after the Client approves the delivered work.
  • ​Service Fees: Doully charges a service fee of [حدد النسبة]% from the Freelancer’s earnings. We reserve the right to change these fees with prior notice.
  • ​Taxes: Users are responsible for paying any local taxes required by their respective jurisdictions.
  • ​Withdrawals: Experts can withdraw their cleared funds after a mandatory safety holding period of [حدد عدد الأيام] days.

​5. Work Product & Intellectual Property

  • ​Ownership: Upon full payment, the ownership of the digital work (Code, AI Workflows, Automation setups) is transferred to the Client, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the two parties.
  • ​Platform License: By posting content (Portfolios/Gigs) on Doully, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content for marketing the platform.

​6. Prohibited Conduct & Account Termination

​To maintain a safe ecosystem, the following are strictly prohibited:

  • ​Circumvention: Attempting to communicate or process payments outside of Doully.io.
  • ​Quality Failure: Repeatedly failing to deliver work or providing low-quality AI solutions.
  • ​Malware: Uploading harmful code, viruses, or malicious AI agents.
  • ​Harassment: Any form of verbal or professional abuse. Penalty: Violation of these rules will result in an immediate and permanent ban without a refund of pending balances.

​7. Dispute Resolution

  • ​If a Client is unsatisfied or a Freelancer claims non-payment, they must open a Dispute Ticket.
  • ​Doully’s Arbitration Team will review the messages and deliverables. Our decision is final and binding for both parties.

​8. Limitation of Liability

​Doully.io is not liable for:

  • ​The quality of work delivered by Freelancers.
  • ​Any financial loss caused by AI automation errors or system downtime.
  • ​Data breaches on third-party platforms (like n8n, Make, or Zapier) integrated by the Freelancer.
